Private lesson
Private lessons offer one-on-one instruction in either English or Western riding. Riders will learn how to safely handle the horse on the ground, groom and saddle their horse, develop riding skills, and finish by learning proper care for the horse after the ride. Private lessons are $100, and each lesson lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. Anyone under 18 is required to take a private for their first lesson.
Semi-private lesson
Semi-private lessons are limited to 2 riders to ensure each person still receives individual instruction. They consist of the same elements as a private lesson, and both riders do not have to ride the same discipline to do a semi-private. If you do not have a partner to ride with, we can match you with someone, though availability is not guaranteed. Each lesson is $80 per person ($160 total) and lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Leasing
Instructor approval required
Leasing is for serious riders who want more individual time working with a horse outside of lessons, without an instructor present. Leasing is only available to adults who take a regular weekly lesson with our instructor. In addition to your weekly lesson, you’ll receive two lease rides each week, for a total of three rides per week. Please ask your instructor for more details if you are interested.
